–  Before stressing the notched belt, rotate the tension roller in the off-centre using the -U-30009A- about five times in both directions.
–  Stress the notched belt, to do this, rotate the off-centre of the tension roller in the direction of the arrow to the limit.

–  Then, release the belt until the indentation -1- is facing the indicator -2-.
–  Tighten the attachment nut for the tension roller to a torque of 25 Nm.
–  Rotate the crankshaft twice in the normal direction of rotation, until it is returned to the TDC position.
  Note!
It is essential that the final 45° rotate without interruption.
–  Recheck the tension of the notched belt, the indicator and indentation should be facing eachother.
–  Fit toothed belt guard centre and lower parts.
  Note!
Fit the bolts into the support of the console before putting it in position.

–  Fit the console into the engine block and tighten the bolts -arrows- to a torque of 45 Nm.
–  Fit the pulley and vibration damper → Chapter.

–  Fit the engine assembly support, engine side -arrows-.
  Note!
Tightening torque of the engine assembly supports → Chapter.
Continue fitting following the reverse order of the removal process.
