| Exhaust system air tight seal: verification |

| Start the engine and let it run at idle. |

| Cover all of the end tubes for the air tight seal verification (for example with cloths or caps). |

| Check the airtight seal while listening for noise at the junction points of the cylinder head/exhaust manifold, exhaust manifold/forward exhaust tube with the catalytic converter, etc. |
| –
| Repair any leaks found. |
