1 - Fuel delivery unit
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   Checking fuel pump working → Chapter
q   Fuel pump: operation and supply voltage verification → Chapter
q   Fuel pump control unit -J538- : check supply voltage → Chapter
q   Fuel pump control unit -J538- : check excitation → Chapter
q   Checking fuel pump delivery → Chapter
q   Check the fuel retention pressure → Chapter
q   Fuel pump:adapting after renewal of fuel delivery unit → Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051.
2 - Seal
q   replace
q   Place dry ring gasket in the opening of the fuel tank.
3 - Fuel supply line
q   black
q   To fuel filter
q   Do not kink.
q   Goes to connection marked with „V“ on flange
q   To extract from sealing flange, press release tab on connection
4 - Fuel return line
q   blue
q   Do not kink.
q   Goes to connection marked with „R“ on flange
q   To extract from sealing flange, press release tab on connection
5 - Electric connector
q   For fuel pump (pre-supply pump) -G6- and fuel gauge sender -G-
6 - Locking nut, 110 Nm
q   Remove and install using wrench -T10202-.
q   Check assembly position with respect to the fuel delivery unit and the fuel tank → Anchor.
7 - Fuel gauge senders -G-
q   check → Chapter
q   removing and installing → Chapter
