Assemble > < Replace the sealing ring for the crankshaft -transmission pulley side-

Disassemble
Disassemble
–  First disassemble the toothed belt → Chapter.
–  Next, disassemble the toothed belt wheel on the crankshaft. For this procedure, screw the countersupport -3415- in the toothed belt wheel.
–  To guide the extractor of the sealing ring, screw the fastening bolt designated for the toothed belt wheel all the way into the crankshaft.
–  Remove the exterior part by unscrewing the lower part of the sealing ring extractor two turns (approx. 3 mm) and block with a head bolt.
   
–  Lubricate the head of the thread in the sealing ring extractor, install and screw as far as possible into the sealing ring, strongly tightening it.
–  Loosen the head bolt and turn the lower part against the crankshaft until the sealing ring can be removed.
