Removal

Note!

t	The integrated coolant pump seal must not be separated from the coolant pump.

t	Damaged or leaking coolant pumps must be completely replaced with seal.

–	Drain coolant → Chapter.

–	Remove main drive toothed belt → Chapter; Removing, installing and tensioning toothed belt.

–	Remove idler roller -6- by removing idler roller bolt -5-.

–	Remove bolts -1- and -4- and remove rear toothed belt guard -2- and coolant pump -3-.
