Safety precautions
To prevent injuries to persons and/or damage to the injection and ignition system, the following must be observed:
t  Do not touch or disconnect ignition wiring when the engine is running or being turned at starter speed.
t  The ignition must be switched off when disconnecting or connecting injection and ignition system wiring, including test instrument cables.
t  To turn the engine at starter speed, without starting, for example: to check compression, unplug the connector from the Hall sender (ignition distributor).
t  Do not connect any condenser to terminal 1 (-).
t  Do not replace the 1 kΩ ignition distributor rotor (identification R1) with any other, not even for de-parasitising the radio.
t  To de-parasitise the radio, only use resistances of 1 kΩ in the high voltage cables and spark plugs of 5 kΩ.
