Replace the bonded rubber bearing of the rear final drive
   
Replace the bonded rubber bearing of the rear final drive
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Press piece 3291/1 from assembly device -3291-
t  Spindle from assembly tool -3292-
t  Press pieces 3348 and 3348/1 from assembly device -3348-
t  -1-Internal puller (Ø 45 - 58 mm) -KUKKO 21/7-
t  -4-Divider -KUKKO 22/2-

Pull out »upper« mounting
  WARNING
Wear protection gloves.
In order to be able to position the puller -KUKKO 22/2-:
   
–  Break two pieces -arrows- out of collar of mounting.
–  Separate metal core -1-.

–  Pull out bonded rubber mounting -1-.
A-Puller -KUKKO 22/2-.
B - Internal puller (Ø 45 - 58 mm) -KUKKO 21/7-.
Driving out „lower“ bonded rubber mounting

–  Drive out the bonded rubber bearing -1- using the assembly device -3348- and a plastic hammer.
