Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Assembly tool -T40148-
Removal:
  W00-10578
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and take out ignition key.
–  Switch off ignition and take out ignition key.
–  Open cover -4- in luggage compartment side trim (right-side) -arrow-.
–  Unplug the electrical connector -3-.
–  Unscrew the nut -1-.
–  Remove the 12 volt socket 3 -U19--item 2- from the cover of the side trim on the right storage compartment.
Installation
l  Tightening torque, nut: 2 Nm.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
