Removal:
Removal:
–  Switch off ignition and remove key.
–  Turn light switch to „0“ position.
   
Left headlamp - 1.6 litre 2-valve engine
–  Disconnect hoses -1- and -2- from air cleaner housing.
–  Unscrew the bolt -3-.
–  Take out air cleaner housing.

Left headlamp - 2.0 litre FSI engine:
–  Remove connector -4- for intake air temperature sender -G42- in air filter housing.
–  Disconnect hoses -1- and -2- from air cleaner housing.
–  Unscrew the bolt -3-.
–  Take out air cleaner housing.
  A27-0203
Left headlamp - 2.0 litre TDI engine:
–  Unplug connector -2- at air-mass meter -G70-.
–  Detach vent hose -1- and air ducts -3- and -5-.
–  Screw out bolt -4- and detach air cleaner housing.
Right headlamp - all:
–  Remove headlight → Chapter.

Both sides (continued):
  E94-10020
–  Release spring clips -arrows- and detach housing cover for dipped beam from headlight housing.
–  Remove control motor for headlight range control from ball-and-socket housing -arrow-.
–  Disconnect connector -1-.
