| When mounting used Poly-V belts, the direction of rotation must be taken into account and marked before removal. |

| Before mounting the Poly-V belt, ensure that all of the relevant groups are correctly secured (the alternator, the compressor for the air conditioning, the hydraulic pump). |

| On installing the belt make sure that the ribbed belt is well seated in the pulley. |

| Place the Poly-V belt on the crankshaft/damper pulley. |

| Raise the tensor roller using the adjustment tool -U-40010- and mount the Poly-V belt. |
