  Note!
If any damage is observed the ribbed belt should be replaced to prevent stops or errors in parts.
–  Turn the engine by hand and check the ribbed belt Poly-V with respect to:
t  Tears in the substructure (cracks, internal breakages, lengthways breakages)
t  Layer separation (casing layer, traction breaks)
t  Detachment of the substructure
t  frayed traction breaks
t  Side wear (material wear, frayed sides, hardened sides -glassy sides-, surface cracks)
t  Oil and grease residue
