Dismount/Installation (gasolene engines, except 1.6 ltr engine with distinct letters of engine AEH)

–	Disconnect the battery earth strap.

–	Remove central and right sound insulation trays: → Body-external installation work; Rep. Gr.50

–	Prior to removing the cables (starter connections), remove the black plastic cap and separate the connector -arrow- of the magnetic switch.

–	Loosen the casing of connector 50 -arrow- and remove it.

–	Unscrew the cable of the magnetic switch connector 30 -arrow-.

For installation, tighten the nut to 13 Nm.

Remove the screws:

1 -	Hexagonal screw M8 × 160, 45 Nm

2 -	Hexagonal screw M8 × 70, with spanner -4-, 60 Nm

3 -	Hexagonal screw M8 × 70, 60 Nm

4 -

Spanner

–	Lower the starter.
