  Note
It is possible to remove and install the jet support with the bumpers fitted.
Removing
–  Disconnect ignition and all electrical loads, and remove ignition key.
–  Remove the jet support with care and hold it.
   
–  Raise the safety clip slightly -arrow- with a small screwdriver.
–  Remove the jet support.
Installing
  Note
The position of the jet cowling on the bumper trim must be adjusted by moving the jet holder one or two notches upwards or downwards. If the jet holder does not enter far enough the cowling does nor close. If the jet holder enters too far, the cowling and bumper trim can be deformed.
–  Insert the jet support until it fits in the elevating cylinder.
–  Insert the jet holder into the elevation cylinder until it fits.
–  Fit the cowling onto the jet holder and lower the elevation cylinder.
–  Check correct position of cowling on bumper trim.
–  When necessary, adjust the position of the cap by pushing the spray nozzle holder by one or more notches upwards or downwards in the lift cylinder.
–  Adjust the headlight washer system spray jets → Chapter
–  After completing the installation work, the clutch slave cylinder, the headlight washer system must be bled of air → Chapter.
