Aerial for the navigation system -R52- (Exeo ST): Removing and installing
–  Switch off all electrical components.
   
–  Remove the ignition key.
Description of the roof antenna for navigation system, a telephone only to fleets:
t  Upper part-1-, with rubber casket
t  Connector for telephone -2-, only in fleet vehicles with holder for the telephone switchboard. If there is no holder is installed for the telephone, it remains blank.
t  Attaching nut antenna part -3-. Starting torque -6 Nm-.
t  GPS-connection-4-. Section to the right side, column D, behind the lining, blue.
Removal:
–  Remove the roof conclusion → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove the trim of the D-pillar on the left and on the right → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove luggage compartment light -W3- → Electrical system; Rep. gr.96.
–  Remove the left trim of the luggage compartment → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Lower the roof conclusion → body- installation works inside; Rep. gr.70.
–  Disconnect the connector for the antenna cables -arrow- left of pillar D.
–  Detach aerial wires up to devices in base retainer.

–  Unfasten the nut -arrow-.
–  Remove thenavigation system antenna -R52- from the roof to move upwards.
Installation
–  Installation is performed in reverse sequence.
The washer for the nut of the radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52- has a recess in it through which the aerial wires must be guided.
