t  Diagnosis cable -VAS 5051/6A-
t  Connect the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System -VAS 505X-.
t  Select „Guided fault finding“ in vehicle diagnosis, test and information system -VAS 505X-.
t  Push the „Go to“ button first and then „Select function / component“.
Components: Adapting the multi-function steering wheel
Select the option „Guided functions“ of the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information systems -VAS 5051- or the Vehicle diagnosis and service information system -VAS 5052-.
Or
Select the option „Guided functions“ of the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information systems -VAS 5051- or the Vehicle diagnosis and service information system -VAS 5052-.
Once all control units have been interrogated:
–  Press „Go to“ key.
–  Select „Function / component“.
–  Select „Bodywork“.
–  Select „Electrical system“
–  Select „01 Systems capable of self-diagnosis“.
–  Select „Electronics on the steering column“.
–  Select „Code control unit“.
