Removing and installing rear window wiper motor

Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-
Removing:
–  Removing wiper arm → Chapter
–  Remove rear lid trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70
   
–  Release connector -1- and unplug.
–  Remove 3 nuts -arrows-.
–  Carefully pull rear window wiper motor off rear lid.
Installing:
Install in the same way but in reverse order of removal. When doing this, note the following:
  N92-10473
–  Check seal is seated correctly in opening of rear window. Mark -1- on seal must align with mark -2- on rear window.
–  Install wiper arm → Chapter.
–  Adjust park position of window wiper → Chapter.
