Fabia Mk1

Removing and installing rear window wiper
Removing and installing rear window wiper
Detaching and attaching wiper arm
–  Raise cap.
   
–  Release hexagon nut (12 Nm) -arrow-.
–  Raise wiper arm and detach by moving backwards and forwards in the taper.
–  Unscrew nut and remove wiper arm.
Installation is performed in the reverse order. Pay attention to the following points:
–  Position wiper arm in the rest position → Fabia.
Removing and installing rear window wiper motor
–  Remove wiper arm.
–  Take off bottom trim panel of tailgate → Body Work; Rep. Gr.70.
  S92-0031
–  Unplug connector -1- at wiper motor.
–  Detach hose -2- from the washer nozzle.
–  Unscrew hexagon nuts (7 Nm) -arrows- and remove wiper motor.
Installation is performed in the reverse order. Pay attention to the following points:
  S92-0032
–  Correctly insert the seal -Pfeil- in the rear window.
