Removing and installing the central tube/dash panel > < Removing and installing the dash panel
Removing and installing brake element and glove compartment flap on passenger side
Removing and installing brake element and glove compartment flap on passenger side
Removing:
–  Remove side cover for dash panel.
–  Remove flow vent → Heating and Air Conditioning → Rep. gr.80 .
   
–  Remove the bolts (Pos. 3) of the brake element using a screwdriver.
–  Turn the brake element (Pos. 2) by 90° in direction of arrow and push it out of the groove (Pos. 1).
–  When removing the glove compartment, first remove the top storage compartment → Chapter.
–  Release the hinge bolt on the left side e.g. using a screwdriver.
–  Unhook the glove compartment from the dash panel.
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
