Precondition
l  The exhaust system is aligned when cold.
   
–  Slacken double clamp -1- and align to pre-exhaust pipe -2- (-arrow- points in direction of travel).
   -a- = 5 mm
l  The fixing screws must be located on the right. They must not protrude beyond the bottom edge of the double clamp.
–  Tighten the front nut by hand.

–  Push the rear part of the exhaust system so far forward until the initial load -dimension a- on the retaining strap is 3 ... 7 mm.
–  Tighten nuts of double clamp evenly to 23 Nm.
