Installing exhaust temperature sender 1G235

Installing exhaust temperature sender 1 -G235-

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Key -T10395/7-

Caution

In this case, the setting of the torque wrench must be 28 Nm.

The correct tightening torque of 45 Nm is achieved by the „extension“ of the torque wrench using the wrench -T10395/7-.

Coat the thread of the sender with hot bolt paste -G 052 112 A3-.

–	Screw in exhaust gas temperature sender 1 -G235- by hand.

–	Tighten sender with torque wrench together with wrench -T10395/7- to 28 Nm.
