Summary of components tailgate lock control
Summary of components tailgate lock control
1 - 3 Nm
2 - Bushing
3 - 10 Nm
4 - Tension rod
5 - Lock cylinder
6 - Grip strip
Removing:
–  Remove the tailgate trim panel → Chapter.
–  Remove sleeves -2-.
–  Release screws -1-.
–  Take off grip strip.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
7 - Cover
8 - Tailgate lock control
Removing:
–  Remove the tailgate trim panel → Chapter.
–  Remove cover -7-.
–  Unclip tension rod -4-.
–  Separate the relevant plug connections.
–  Release screws -3-.
–  Press operating mechanism inwards and remove.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
