Removing and installing headlight
Removing:
  Note
t  Disconnect earth strap from the battery before commencing work on the electrical system.
t  Observe the measures, which may affect the headlight beam setting, when newly adjusting the headlights.
t  Cover the bumper in the area of the headlight with adhesive tape in order to avoid damage to the paintwork.
   
–  Unscrew screw -arrow- (2 Nm).
–  Remove turn signal light → Chapter.

–  Unscrew the four screws -arrows- (2°Nm).
–  Disconnect the multi-pin plug connections for the headlight.
–  Remove the headlight forwards.
For vehicles ? 07.00
–  Disconnect the plug connection at the control motor for headlight range control.
Installing:
For all vehicles
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
–  Always align the headlight according to the contours of the vehicle body (the gap size) and fix in place.
–  After the installation adjust the headlight → Chapter.
