1 - 9 Nm
2 - Chain tensioner
q   under spring tension
q   remove with rig pin -T40011- before removal
3 - Tensioning rail
4 - Guide bolt, 20 Nm
5 - 9 Nm
6 - Control valve, 35 Nm
q   Left-hand thread
q   for engine identification character BZB remove with assembly tool -T10352-
q   for engine identification characters CDAA, CDAB, CCZA remove with assembly tool -T10352/1 -
7 - 8 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   replace
8 - Washer
9 - Bearing bracket
10 - Sliding rail
11 - Cylinder head cover
12 - Camshaft timing chain
q   mark running direction with colour before removing
q   removing and installing → Chapter
13 - Sliding rail
14 - Guide bolt, 20 Nm
15 - Sprocket
q   for crankshaft
q   Fitting position → Fig.
