1 - Intake manifold
q   with intake manifold flap motor -V157-
q   with intake air-intrinsic optimisation
q   must not be disassembled
q   removing and installing → Chapter
2 - 8 Nm
3 - Gasket
q   replace
4 - Sealing ring
q   replace
5 - Connecting pipe
q   to radiator for exhaust gas recirculation
  Caution
Pay attention that the damping element of the connection pipe is not bent and therefore is not overstretched. There is a risk of crack formation.
6 - 20 Nm
q   to release and tighten use socket insert -T10385-
7 - Gasket
q   replace
8 - 8 Nm
9 - Throttle valve control unit -J338-
q   removing and installing → Chapter
10 - 10 Nm
11 - 10 Nm
12 - Dipstick
13 - Exhaust gas return valve -N18-
q   with EGR potentiometer -G212-
