4 - Fuel distributor
5 - Fuel pressure sender -G247-, 22 Nm
q   Check fuel pressure sender -G247 - → Chapter
6 - 20 Nm
7 - 30 Nm
8 - 25 Nm
9 - 25 Nm
10 - O-ring
q   replace
11 - Spring element
q   replace after each removal of the bottom part of intake manifold
q   check for correct seating on injector
12 - Injection valve for cylinder 1 -N30-
q   Injection valve for cylinder 2 -N31-
q   Injection valve for cylinder 3 -N32-
q   Injection valve for cylinder 4 -N33-
q   with Teflon gasket ring and supporting washer
q   after removing the injection valve, the Teflon gasket ring and the supporting washer must be replaced → Chapter
q   Remove and install injection valve → Chapter
13 - Cylinder head
q   removing and installing → Chapter
14 - 20 Nm
15 - Intake manifold
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   with intake manifold pressure sender -G71-
t  The intake manifold pressure sender -G71- is attached to the intake manifold only using a plastic clip.
t  If the plastic clip is damaged, attach the sender to the intake manifold with screws → Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts. Tightening torque: 3 Nm.
16 - Gasket
q   replace
17 - Throttle valve control unit -J338-
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   clean → Chapter
q   in case of replacement, erase initialisation values and adapt the engine control unit -J623- → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
18 - Adapter
19 - O-ring
q   replace
20 - O-ring
q   replace
21 - 7 Nm
22 - O-ring
q   replace
23 - O-ring
q   replace
24 - Charge pressure sender -G31- with intake air temperature sender 2 -G299-
25 - 5 Nm
