1 - 15 Nm
2 - Chain tensioner with tensioning rail, 15 Nm
q   When installing, pretension spring and attach
3 - Pressure relief valve, 27 Nm
q   Opening pressure: 0.13...0.16 MPa (1.3...1.6 bar) overpressure
4 - Oil injection nozzle
q   for cooling pistons
5 - Oil pump sprocket
6 - Dipstick
q   oil level must not exceed max. marking!
q   Markings → Superb
7 - Filler funnel
q   Remove for extracting oil
8 - Guide tube
9 - Dowel sleeves
10 - O-ring
q   replace
11 - Suction line
q   Clean strainer if dirty
12 - Baffle
13 - Support
q   for the intake manifold
14 - 25 Nm
15 - 45 Nm
q   connecting screws oil pan / gearbox
16 - 45 Nm
17 - Gasket ring
q   replace
q   cut open rolled up gasket rings
18 - Oil drain plug, 30 Nm
19 - 10 Nm
20 - Cover
21 - Oil level/temperature sender -G 266-
22 - Gasket ring
q   replace
q   oil before assembly
23 - Oil pan
q   removing and installing → Chapter
24 - Oil pump
q   with pressure relief valve 1.2 MPa (12 bar)
q   before installing, check whether both dowel sleeves for centering oil pump/cylinder block are present
q   If there is any scoring on contact surfaces and gears, replace
25 - Sprocket
q   Check fitting position
26 - 20 Nm
q   to release and tighten use the counterholder -T 10051-
27 - Chain
28 - Sealing flange
q   with gasket
q   must be positioned on dowel sleeves
q   removing and installing → Chapter
