Removing and installing the wheel hub with wheel bearing
Removing and installing the wheel hub with wheel bearing
Removing:
–  Remove wheel.
   
–  Unscrew the fixing screws of the brake carrier -arrows- while counterholding the guide bolts.
–  Remove brake carrier and secure with wire in such a way that the weight of the brake caliper does not pull on or damage the brake hose.
–  Remove the brake disc.

–  Remove the screws of the wheel hub with bearing -arrows-.
–  Removing a wheel hub with wheel bearing.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
  N42-0170
Tightening torques:
Brake caliper to brake carrier
t  Use new screws!
35 Nm
Wheel hub with wheel bearing to axle body
t  Use new screws!
63 Nm
Wheel bolts120 Nm
