The respective dimension (V1 up to V10) should be read off on the leveled-out gauge. When axle bolts are used as measurement points the center points
of these should be selected. The specified heights should be adjusted to the gauge before the start of each measurement.

Determine dimension (V1) from measurement point (V3.1) to measurement point (V3.2).
The height to be adjusted for the measuring point (V3.1) and for the measuring point (V3.2) is 23 ±1 mm.

Determine the (V5) dimension from measurement point (MA) to measurement point (V3.1).
The height to be adjusted for the measuring point (MA) and for the measuring point (V3.1) is 15.5 ±1 mm.
