VALVE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1.

Before disassembly of the actuator case, make sure the outside of the case (actuator) is clean, since dirt and dust particles entering the assembly
may cause a malfunction (Refer to Figure 2).

2.

Remove two tapping screws holding the valve assembly to the actuator.

3.

Remove Valve Assembly, Gasket, and O-Rings.

4.

Install three new O-Rings and Gasket carefully to ensure that the assembly will not leak.

5.

Install the new Valve Assembly with the cover.

6.

Before installing the assembly on the vehicle, check the actuator assembly for proper operation using the testing procedure previously described.

7.

Reinstall the accelerator cable.

8.

Adjust the accelerator cable after installation.
This procedure can be claimed during the warranty period under operation 

number *160-105.
