AUTOMATIC ELR 
When the webbing of the front seat belt (passenger side) and rear seat belts (right and left side) are once drawn out completely, its retractor is changed to
the automatic locking condition to securely install the child restraint system. In this condition, the webbing can be retracted but cannot be extended.
When the belt is retracted to some extent, this condition is released.
