HEADLINER TRIM RATTLE OR NOISE
Should you encounter a 1985 Station Wagon with the left or right front headliner trim creating creaking or popping noises while driving, refer to the
repair procedure below:

Remove the "A" pillar panel, "B" pillar panel, and the "C" quarter pillar trim panel according to the instructions on pages 18 and 19, Section
5-3 of the 1985 Service Manual. (see Figure 1).

Remove the front headliner trim by removing the three (3) screws that secure it to the roof frame. (See Figure 2).
