5. Apply proper amount of liquid gasket (THREE BOND Part No. 1217B) to the entire oil pan mating surface.
6. Install the oil pan.
Tightening torque: 4.9 Nm (0.5 kgf-m, 3.6 ft. lbs.)
7. Pour ATF into the oil charge pipe.
Recommended fluid: Dexron IIE or Dexron III type automatic transmission fluid
Fluid capacity: 9.3 - 9.6L (9.8 - 10.1 US qt. 8.2 - 8.4 Imp qt.)
8. Check the level of the ATF.
