5. Install the belt idler No. 2.
Tightening torque: 39 Nm (4.0 kgf-m, 28.9 ft. lbs.)
6. Install the automatic belt tension adjuster which tension rod is holded with pin.
7. Install the timing belt.
8. Install V-belts.
9. Install the radiator main fan and sub fan motor assemblies.
10. Install the reservoir tank.
11. Connect the overflow hose.
12. Install the air intake duct.
13. Lift-up the vehicle.
14. Connect the radiator outlet hose and heater hose to the water pump.
