Canister Purge Solenoid: Service and Repair
Purge Control Solenoid
1. Remove air suction valve.
2. Remove bolt securing bracket to manifold.
3. Remove solenoid with bracket through the bottom of the intake manifold.
4. Disconnect hoses and electrical connector from solenoid.
5. Install in reverse order.
6. Torque fastener to 14 - 24 Nm (10 - 18 ft lb).
