NOTE:  Remove the cutout portion from end of switch panel.

5. Remove the door trim screw.

6. Remove the clips, and disconnect all wire cables to remove the door trim.

NOTE:  Insert the lower slit of trim to plastic clip remover and then lift up the trim.
