Coolant Filler Tank

Coolant Filler Tank 

REMOVAL 

WARNING:  The radiator is pressurized. Wait until engine cools down before working on the radiator.  

1) Drain approximately 3.0 l (3.2 US qt, 2.6 Imp qt) of coolant.  
2) Disconnect the engine coolant hoses from coolant filler tank. 
3) Remove the bolts which install the coolant filler tank. 
4) Remove the coolant filler tank.

INSTALLATION 

1) Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque: 16 Nm (1.6 kgf-m, 11. 8 ft. lbs.)

2) Fill engine coolant.
