Introduction
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide the instructions for updating the Navigation Operating Software using the Navigation Program Disc US. This
update is for the operating system only and does not update the map data in any way. The updated software will address the following issue:
Navigation System

Mis-translation of "Check surroundings before backing up" on the back-up monitor screen. (Models with back-up camera).
Bluetooth
^
Hands free phone volume is too low (Forester and Impreza only).
COUNTERMEASURE IN PRODUCTION
The updated software was used in production starting with the VINs.
