CARBURETED MODELS

Position cam adjusting lever on the highest step of the fast idle cam.
This position is referred to as the fast idle opening angle.

With lever properly positioned, measure clearance G,

If clearance obtained is not as specified, turn fast idle adjusting screw until specified clearance is obtained.
