The clock wire connected during PDI on all 1985 4-Door Sedans and Station Wagons has been moved from the driver side near the fuse box and
relocated on the passenger side underneath the glove box as shown in the illustration below:

This production change will be effective as of February 27, 1985 production and starts with the VIN's listed below:

The PDI time for all 1985 4-Door Sedans and Station Wagons (1.3 Hrs.), will remain the same.

NOTE:

Please be aware of this information when installing an ETR Radio Kit in a 1985 DL or GL Station Wagon or Sedan.

A wire (included with the ETR Radio Kit), must be connected at this location to provide constant power for the ETR Radio memory function.
