DIAGNOSIS:

The CHECK ENGINE malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) circuit is open or shorted.

Test mode connector circuit is in open.
TROUBLE SYMPTOM:

When inspection mode, MIL does not blink at a cycle of 3 Hz.
