Valve Body: Service and Repair
Installation
1. Install duty solenoid B (lock up) and torque the two bolts shown above with solid arrows to 8 Nm (5.8 ft.lbs). Do not tighten the other two bolts at
this time.
2. Install shift solenoids 1, 2, 3, and duty solenoid A (line pressure) and torque to 8 Nm (5.8 ft.lbs).
3. Secure accumulator springs using vaseline.
4. Align manual valve connections.
5. Torque duty solenoid B (lock up) bracket and two bolts from step 1 to 8 Nm (5.8 ft.lbs).
