Using an OHM meter, put both terminals to both poles of the limit switch and check for continuity. When depressing damper spring with pocket
screwdriver no continuity should be noted.

If the limit switch fails in the above test, it must be removed again and reinstalled. In case that the removal/installation is not successful or any
abnormalities exist even after replacing the limit switch with another one, replace the "rail & motor assembly."

Reinstall trim panels and reconnect negative battery cable.
