STEP 2)

Remove the float bowl vent hose from the carburetor and cut
3/4" off the end of the hose. Reconnect the hose. See Figure 1.

STEP 3)

Locate the air control valve (ACV) found next to the canister vacuum stay. Find the curved vacuum hose connecting the valve with the rear of
the carburetor. Measure 6" to the center of the hose curves and cut the hose. Then cut 1/2" from the lower section of the hose and install the
vacuum tee from the kit. See Figure 2.
