COLD DRIVEABILITY

Should you encounter a complaint of an over rich choke condition during cold engine warm-up, the condition can be improved through the use of a
modified auxiliary choke pull-off spring.

This condition is noticed as a poor driveability complaint when driving a cold engine during low ambient temperatures, especially under a heavy load as
in uphill driving.

The part number for the modified spring is 16275AA020 and can be obtained through normal parts channels.

Installation of the modified spring can be claimed for those vehicles within the warranty using the following information.
