Front Wheel Alignment
Camber and Caster
Should camber or caster be out of specifications when inspecting, locate its cause. If cause is damaged, loose, bent, dented or worn suspension
parts, they should be replaced. If it is chassis frame (body), repair it. To prevent incorrect reading of camber or caster, vehicle front end must be
moved up and down several times before inspection.
Toe-In
Toe-In is adjusted by changing tie rod length.

1. Loosen right and left tie rod end locknuts, Fig. 3.
2. Rotate turnbuckle and adjust toe-in to specification. Ensure rack boots do not twist during this procedure.
3. Thread lengths, Fig. 3, should be equal lengths. Torque locknuts to 51-72 ft. lbs.
