Shift Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
2. Drain engine coolant and A/T fluid.

3. Remove A/T fluid cooler pipe from A/T with hose connected.
4. Remove radiator with cooling fan, fan shroud, A/T fluid cooler hoses and A/T fluid pipe.

5. Remove A/T side cover.
6. Disconnect solenoid couplers.
7. Remove solenoid valves.

NOTE:

Don't remove throttle pressure control solenoid valve.

Remove TCC solenoid valve, shift solenoid valve No.2 and shift solenoid valve No.1 in that order.
