Throttle Body: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

CAUTION:

-

Do not remove or adjust throttle stop screw as it is factory adjusted precisely.

-

Do not put finger or any other object into MAF sensor and keep away from net.

-

Do not remove MAF sensor from throttle body. These spoil its original performance.

Removal

1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Disconnect accelerator cable.

4. Disconnect IAT sensor connector and remove air cleaner outlet hose.

5. Disconnect couplers of TP sensor and MAF sensor.
6. Disconnect coolant hoses and breather hose from throttle body.
7. Remove throttle body from intake manifold.
