The failed part number has been corrected in the Warranty Claim Information.
CONDITION:
Static noise or no reception can be heard on AM band radio stations.
CAUSE:
Poor grounding connection due to paint in the Antenna Amplifier mounting bolt hole.
CORRECTION:
Remove the Antenna Amplifier mounting bolt and replace it with the new part number mounting bolt and clean the mounting hole threads. Follow the
procedure described bellow.
NOTE:
Refer to TSB TS 01 11213 for electrical noise on the AM stations.
