Disconnect the battery negative cable. Tilt wheel to the max down position. Remove instrument cluster bezel by removing the two screws.

The bezel is secured along the bottom with clips. Some force is required to release clips. Remove the bezel by sliding towards you and tilting up
behind steering wheel.

3.

Remove the three instrument cluster screws.
