CONDITION:
Certain electrical circuits may not operate.
CAUSE:
Some of the wire insulation may have been damaged during assembly at the factory. This allows moisture to penetrate into the wires. The moisture can
corrode the wires inside the insulation which could cause a short or open in various electrical circuits.
